摘要 生物活性肽是指具生物活性的多肽,在自然界存在大量生物活性多肽,对生物活动起着非常重要作用,涉及到分子识别、信号转导、细胞分化及个体发育等很多领域。这些具有生物学功能肽小到仅有2个氨基酸双肽,大到复杂长链或环状多肽,常经糖苷化、磷酸化或酰化衍生,在细胞生理及代谢功能调节上具有重要作用,特别是短肽发现已成为多肽类药物及功能性食品和饲料添加剂开发热点。 Bioactive peptide was biological active polypeptides.In the natural world had many biological active polypeptides.It played a very important role in biological activity,related to molecular recognition,signal transduction,cell differentiation,ontogenesis and so many fields.These peptides as small as only two pairs of amino acid peptide,can also be great to complex long-chain or cyclic polypeptide.It was important to cell to requlate physiology and metabolism function after glycosylation,phosphorylation or acetylation derivatives.In particular the discovery of peptides had become exploitation hot spots such as peptide drugs,functional food additives and feed additives.
