摘要
该实验研究印迹脂肪酶催化乙酸与薄荷醇合成乙酸薄荷酯的酯化反应条件,并利用折光仪、红外光谱、GC-MS对合成产物进行表征。结果显示,合成产物为乙酸薄荷酯,酯化反应在以正辛酸为印迹模板、正己烷为反应介质、反应温度为40℃、加水量为100μl、醇酸摩尔比为1:2条件下,反应24小时后,转化率可达91.7%。
The synthesis of menthylacetate catalyzed by imprinted lipase was investigated,Moreover,the structure of the synthesiszed product were also characterized by Refractometer IR and GC-MS.The experimental results showed that the synthesized product is menthylacetate.The reaction conditions are as follows:Imprinting template are Octanoic acid,the reaction medium was in n-hexane,the reaction temperature was 40℃,and the amount of water was 100 μL,with 1:2 of the molar ratio of menthol to acetic acid,the reaction conversion rate reaches to 91.7% after 24 hours.
