摘要
以花椒籽油为原料,通过酯交换制备混合脂肪酸甲酯,利用尿素包合技术、硝酸银―硅胶柱层析法,对花椒籽油α–亚麻酸进行分离纯化,得到纯度高于92%α–亚麻酸产品。
In this paper,the alkali–catalyzed transesterification procedure will be employed for transforming triglycerides from the Chinese prickly ash seed oil into methyl esters of fatty acid.And then,using fatty acid methyl esters as raw material,high content of α–linoleic acid was enriched and purified via urea–inclusion method and silver nitrate–silica gel chromatography column.Unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters were separated,with a purity of 92.85% of methyl α–linolenate.
