摘要
以倍他米松为原料,与原戊酸三甲酯在酸催化下发生17,21-环合,然后用稀硫酸进行21-位选择性水解得到倍他米松-17-戊酸酯,产品HPLC纯度达99.42%,反应总收率达到76.4%,经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和MS确证结构。
The Betamethasone 17-valerate was synthesized from betamethasone through acid catalysis 17,21-cyclization with trimethyl orthovalerate and 21-selective hydrolysis,the purity of product was 99.54% in HPLC analysis.The structure of product was identified by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.The synthetic process is simple,easy to control.The total yield was 76.4% and it is suitable for industrial production.
