摘要
随着业务流程重组 (BPR)的推广与应用 ,其价值越来越受到管理者的重视 ,流程重组的理论与其方法的研究不断深入与丰富。本文从流程整合和流程简化两个方面探讨了作业流自动化在BPR中的应用 。
With its developing and application,BPR gets more and more appreciation of the leaders and manager of business.There are lots of researches on the methods of and models about the application of BPR.From two perspectives,this article peliminarily explores the basic principle and application of the Workflow Automation in BPR and analyzes its effects on BPR.
