摘要
茶树菇现蕾后,用浓度为1%蔗糖基聚合物水溶液以不同用量进行灌注处理,研究其对茶树菇产量和品质的影响,结果表明:1%蔗糖基聚合物水溶液每袋20 mL用量能显著的提高茶树菇产量和品质,其中鲜菇增产率达27.8%,生物学效率达76.7%;营养成分蛋白质、多糖含量和VC分别提高了26.1%、19.6%和2.1%。
In order to study the effects of sucrose-based polymers on yield and quality in Agroeybe Chaxinggu,the experiments applied 1 % sucrose-based polymers with different dosage on the culture of Agroeybe Chaxinggu.The results showed that the yields and quality of fresh fruit-body were risen remarkably,comparing with control treatment,adding 20 mL solution of 1 % sucrose-based polymers was found to be the best in each bag,the yields of fruiting was increased by 27.8 % averagely,and the biological efficiency of Agroeybe Chaxinggu reached 76.7 %.The content of polysaccharide,protein and vitamin C were increased by 26.1 %、19.6 % and 2.1 % respectively
