摘要
建立高效液相色谱法检测猪肠衣中螺旋霉素、替米考星、泰乐菌素、交沙霉素等4种大环内酯类抗生素残留量的方法。试样中用乙腈提取,C18固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱测定,外标峰面积法定量。方法的回收率范围为70.2%～94.6%;室内相对标准偏差3.2%～8.9%,4种大环内酯类抗生素的检出限均为0.5 mg/kg。
A multiresidue method for the detection of 4 macrolides antibiotics（spiramycin,tilmicosin,tylosin,and josamycin） in pig casing is presented.The method use CH3CN during the extraction procedure and cleanup step over a C18 SPE cartridge.The analytes are separated and detected by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） using external standard method.The recoveries for all 4 macrolides antibiotics was 70.2 %-94.6%.The relative standard deviation（RSD） of them was 3.2 %-8.9 %.The method limit of detection were 0.5 mg/kg for all macrolides antibiotics
