乳饮料中V_B_6的液相色谱检测方法

摘要 建立一种测定乳饮料中VB3含量的高效液相色谱法。样品经乙晴萃取后进样,采用C18250mm×4.6mm色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇,三乙胺,辛烷磺酸钠。荧光检测;A-R261nm,RSD为0.56%-0.82%(n=5),标准曲线r=-0.9998,平均回收率分别为98.2%。 To establish a milk drink determination of VitaminB6 by HPLC method. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, Cts 250 mm ×4.6 mm column with mobile phase of methanol, Triethylamine, Octane sulfonate, Fluorescent detection; A-R261 nm, RSD is 0.56 % -0.82 % (n=5), the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 8, the recoveries were 98.2 %.
