质谱方法在转基因成分检测中的应用

摘要 随着电离技术的发展,蛋白组学技术越来越多地应用于转基因作物的安全性评价。目前用得最多的两种方法有基质辅助激光解析电离化/飞行时间质谱和液相电离喷雾质谱法,本文对这2种方法的原理以及在转基因分析中的应用进行综述。 With the development of ionization method, more and more proteomics methods were used in the sate analysis of genetically modified organisms. This paper review principle and application in genetically modified organisms of matrix assisted laser desorption ionization/time of flight MS and Liquid chromatography electrosoray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry.
