摘要
针对一些食品生产加工企业在质量控制中无法准确确定关键控制点的问题,对关键控制点的定义、如何确定关键控制点及确定原则方法等方面进行了阐述,以期为食品企业关键控制点的有效确定提供参考。
For some food production and processing in quality control can not exactly determine. What is the critical control points, how to determine the critical control points and their principles and methods were reviewed in this paper.
