超临界CO_2萃取橘皮中脂溶性色素 被引量:5

摘要 我国南方每年产生大量橘皮,其中大部分被浪费掉。利用超临界CO2萃取技术从橘皮中提取天然色素成分,为橘皮的再利用提供有效的处理办法。为确定最佳提取工艺,分别以滤渣得率和色素膏吸光值为考察指标。干燥后的新鲜橘皮粉,经酸解、酶解、超临界CO2提取后获得脂溶性色素。其最佳工艺为:pH3.5稀盐酸为酸解液,m(滤渣∶)m(酸解液)=1∶10,温度80℃,时间2.0 h;滤渣干燥,加入质量分数为0.8%的果胶酶,以m(滤渣+果胶酶)∶m(酸液)=1∶12添加pH4的盐酸,温度50℃,时间80 min;滤渣烘干,经超临界CO2萃取,在萃取压力20 MPa,温度25℃,CO2流量30 kg/h,时间3.0 h,脂溶性色素的最终得率为4.3%。其为深黄棕色膏状物,最大吸收波长在330 nm处。 There are a lot of tangerine pericarp in the south of our country every year,but most is wasted.Utilize the supercritical CO2 extract technology to withdraw the natural pigment ingredient from tangerine pericarp,which will enhance the added value.For obtaining optimum extraction process,respectively take filter residue rate and extinction value of pigment paste as indexs.After the acidolysis,enzymolysis and supercritical CO2 extraction,it obtains the fat-soluble pigment from the dried powder of tangerine pericarp.The optimum conditions∶the acidolysis fluid is diluted hydrochloric acid of pH3.5,m(filter residue)∶m(acidolysis fluid)=1∶ 10,temperature is 80 ℃,and time is 2.0 h;the filter residue is dried,add in the 0.8 % Concentration pectolase,then increase the hydrochloric acid of pH4 by m(filter residue+pectolase)∶m(acid liquor)=1∶12,temperature is 50 ℃,time is 80 min;Finally the fat-soluble pigment rate is 4.3 % after the supercritical CO2 extract with pressure is 20 MPa,temperature is 25 ℃,CO2 current capacity is 30 kg/h,and time is 3.0 h.It is deep yellow brown lip lipstick,and its biggest absorption wave length is 330 nm
