Crack control measure for massive pile cap concrete on Xiamen Future Coast Business Center Project

本文以厦门未来海岸商务中心工程地下室底板大体积承台混凝土施工为例,介绍了大体积承台混凝土产生裂缝的主要成因,对优化混凝土原材料配合比、控制混凝土内外温差及制定养护方案、减少混凝土的收缩变形等控制大体积承台混凝土裂缝的控制措施做了探析。

Based on massive caps basement slab concrete construction of Xiamen Future Coast Business Center project,the main causes of concrete cracks of massive SFRC four-pile caps are introduced.Furthermore,the article also discussed some crack control measures for massive concrete such as the optimization of the mix proportion,control of temperature difference of internal and external of the raw concrete,formulation of curing scheme and reducing shrinkage deformation of concrete.
