摘要
采用十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷对埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)进行表面改性,制备了改性埃洛石。改性后的埃洛石在甲苯、液体石蜡中的分散性提高,吸油量从90 mL/100 g降为51 mL/100 g,水接触角从2°提高到了137°,而且在pH值为3-11的水溶液中有很好的稳定性;即改性后HNTs的亲油疏水性能和耐酸碱性能都得到明显的提高。运用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及热失重分析(TG)对改性前后的HNTs进行了结构表征,结果表明:长链烷基硅烷成功接枝到埃洛石纳米管的表面,接枝量约为1.9%。
The modified halloysite was prepared by surface modification of dodecyltrimethoxysilane on halloysite nanotube(HNTs).The modified HNTs had increased dispersity in toluene and liquid paraffin,and the oil absorption reduced from 90 mL/100g to 51 mL/100g,the water contact angle increased from 2° to 137°,with high stability under the aqueous solution of pH value between 3~11.The hydrophobic property and acid and alkali resistance of modified HNTs were obviously modified.Meanwhile,the structures were characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and thermo-gravimetric analysis(TG).Results showed that the long-chain alkyl silane grafted successfully on the surface of HNTs,and the grafted amount of long-chain alkyl silane was about 1.9%.
