摘要
介绍了ZF11-252(L)气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)为满足低温环境(-40℃)的运行要求而进行的结构改进。断路器采用主筒体外裹加热带,通过温控器控制实现在低温时对断路器内部均匀加热,从而满足断路器在低温环境下的运行要求。隔离开关采取降低气室额定压力的办法,使额定压力由0.5MPa降至0.4MPa,最低功能压力降至0.33MPa,从而满足隔离开关在低温环境下的运行要求。通过理论计算和试验验证,保证了该产品低温应用的顺利实现。
Introduction was made to the structure improvement for ZF11-252(L) gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS) in order to satisfy operating specifications in low temperature environment(-40℃).The circuit breaker adopted main cylinder coated with heating belt,realizing internal equal heating control for the circuit breakers by temperature controller,so as to meet the operating specifications for the circuit breakers in low temperature.The disconnector adopted the method of decreasing the rated pressure in gas compartment from 0.5MPa to 0.4MPa,with minimum functional pressure dropping to 0.33MPa so as to satisfy operating specifications for the disconnectors in low temperature.By theory calculation and verification of test,the successful application of ZF11-252(L) GIS in low temperature has been guaranteed.
