摘要
针对主变压器在自身强迫油循环系统上频发渗油、漏油事故。分析了变压器冷却器漏油的原因,在现有设备基础和产品技术上对其提出两种改进方案,一是对整个冷却装置进行改造,二是只改造油泵、蝶阀、油流继电器、虹吸器。实践证明,改造后的变压器在相同负荷状态下,变压器的上层油温同改造前相比一般下降18~25℃,可确保变压器安全运行。
Aiming at frequent oil leakage and seepage of main transformer's self-forced oil circulation system,this paper analyzed the causes of oil leakage.Two kind of improved plans were raised on the basis of existing equipment and product technology.One was to have rebuilding of the entire cooling device and the other was only to reform oil pump,butterfly valve,oil flow relay and siphon device.Practice proves that under the same load state the upper layer oil of the reformed transformer generally lows down temperatures ranging from 18℃ to 25℃,which ensures the transformer in safety operation.
