介绍了家用和类似用途的带过电流保护的剩余电流动作断路器(RCBO)IEC61009-1标准2010年第三版的主要修订情况,与前一版本IEC61009-1:2006对照,修订了EMC试验内容及条款,包括新试验条款T.2.6,规定并细化了A及AC型RCBO剩余电流动作时分断时间和不驱动时间的标准值,修订了5A至200A额定剩余动作电流的试验程序,增加适用于IT系统使用的短路试验项目,修改关于A型RCBO剩余脉动直流电流叠加6mA试验要求等。与GB16917.1-2003标准对照,给出了差异内容。

Introduction was made to the main amendment of standard IEC61009-1 2010 edition 3.0 for residual current operated circuit-breakers（RCBO） with integral over-current protection for household and similar uses.This edition included the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition IEC61009-1：2006,such as complete revision of EMC sequences including the new test T.2.6,provision and clarification of current-time characteristics,and revision of test procedure for operated residual current between 5A and 200A.Tests for the use of RCBO in IT systems were added and the test requirement about that 6mA DC current was superimposed to A-type RCBO pulse DC current was revised.In comparison with standard GB16917.1-2003,the different content was given.
