摘要
利用细长梁弯曲平面理论,推导了弯曲载荷作用下固体火箭发动机受拉侧拉力总和的计算公式。在此基础上,根据单个螺栓连接结构拉伸试验数据和法兰上各连接点之间的变形谐调关系,推导了给定弯曲载荷下单点拉力计算公式。根据该方法可计算非均匀分布情况下单个螺栓连接点的受力。算例对公式的正确性进行了间接验证。
Starting from classical plane bending theory for slender beams,the formula for total tensile force on tension side of SRM case subjected to bending load was derived.Based on it,single point force analysis method was obtained according to the test data of only one bolted connection and distortion hamonization relationship of all bolted points of flanged connection system.This method can be applied to the calculation of single joint force in the given bending conditions.The validity of the result was proved indirectly by the calculating example.
