摘要
以百子莲为材料,研究了从营养生长到生殖生长整个过程中茎尖和叶片中的核酸、可溶性蛋白、淀粉、可溶性糖及淀粉酶含量的变化。结果表明:各项生理指标均在生理转变期和盛花期有显著的提高。在整个发育过程中,RNA含量和RNA/DNA比值在叶片中呈双峰曲线变化,在茎尖中呈单峰曲线变化;叶片中淀粉含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,茎尖中的淀粉含量从花芽分化开始一直持续下降到盛花期又显著上升;叶片中可溶性糖含量从花芽分化期一直保持较低水平,茎尖中可溶性糖含量在花芽分化前显著升高,随后下降,到花芽分化期与发育期又明显升高。叶片中淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量及淀粉酶活性始终低于茎尖。
The characteristics of the blossom physiology was studied by using Agapanthus praecox ssp.Orientalis as the material in this paper.The contents of nuclear acid,soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch and amylase in the different development stage were measured.The results showed that all physiological indexes increased significantly in the stages of flowering induction and formation of floral organ.The double peak curve was presented for the content of RNA and the ratio of RNA/DNA in the leaves while single peak curve was manifested for this index in the stem apex.The content of total starch in the leaves increased during the initial stages of floral bud differentiation and then decreased.However,the starch content of stem apex decreased in a consistent way from the initial stages of floral bud differentiation and increased significantly until the stage of florescence.The total soluble sugar content in the leaves was consistently at the low level.However,the content of soluble sugar in the stem increased significantly during the stage of floral bud differentiation and then decreased,followed by increasing again at the stage of floral bud development.In the whole process of flower development,the content of soluble sugar,starch and amylase of the leaves were always lower than that of the stem apex.
