荷兰水仙基腐病病原菌的分离鉴定及致病菌对寄主保护酶系统影响 被引量:1

摘要 从荷兰水仙感病种球中分离得到基腐病致病菌,鉴定结果表明该致病菌是尖孢镰刀菌水仙专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp narcissi)。以荷兰水仙自然感病株的叶片为材料,分别研究不同感病程度叶片中POD、SOD、CAT的活性。结果表明,感病植株上未感病叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性较低;感病植株轻度感病和重度感病叶片酶活性均呈现不同程度的上升;其中,POD活性上升1.3~2.0倍,CAT活性上升1.5~1.8倍,SOD活性上升3.0~3.5倍;病株重度感病区3种酶活性均高于轻度感病区。 An isolate was obtained from Narcissus pseudonarcissus(daffodil) and identified as Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Narcissi.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were determined in the leaves of daffodil naturally infected by different amount of the pathogen.The results revealed that SOD,POD and CAT activity of healthy leaves in the infected plant was lower than that of totally healthy plant leaves.The increased activity of SOD,POD and CAT was found in the leaves infected lightly or severely by the pathogen.Regarding the different enzymes,the activity of SOD,CAT and POD was increased by 3.0~3.5,1.5~1.8 and 1.3~2.0 folds,respectively.In addition,the activity of those enzymes in the severely infected leaves was higher than that of the lightly infected ones.
