Dempster-Shafer证据推理方法理论与应用的综述

REVIEW OF THEORY AND APPLICATIONS OF DEMPSTER-SHAFER EVIDENTIAL REASONING METHOD

虽然DS方法已广泛应用于各种数据融合系统中,但是由于DS方法的核心—Dempster合成规则的计算复杂性,使得其算法实现成为一个难题。本文介绍了Dempster-Shafer证据理论的发展简况,讨论了DS方法的理论模型及其与数据融合模型的关系,并着重分析了它的一些有代表性的实现途径,最后从数据融合角度对DS方法进行了简要的述评。

Although DS method has been used widely in all kinds of data fusion systems, because of the computational complexity of the Dempster's rule of combination, which is the core of the DS method, so the algorithm implementation of the DS method is a serious problem. In this paper, the development history of Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is described concisely, theoretical model interpretations and the relations betwee them and data fusion models are discussed, typical realization approaches are analyzed especially, and commentaries on the DS method from the viewpoint of data fusion are given finally.
