Traditional management model of ideological and political teaching presents the conflict between teaching resource and teaching demand, teaching effect and safety risk,practical teaching space and theoretical teaching space,which has affected greatly the effect of ideological and political teaching.The new model of practical teaching management, ＂menu theme adheres to the principle of people-management;activates the enthusiasm of students as the learning subject;regards practical menu as carier; processes dynamic system management to the whole activities by flexibly using management functions such as planning,organizing, coordinating,controlling,motivating and evaluating;maximally makes use of the efficiency of people,finance,materials and various effective information and resources;improves the efficiency of practical teaching;achieves consistency of management concept innovation,teaching platform innovation and implementation of management function.
