高职院校图书馆在服务教学、科研工作中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,图书馆馆员的职业素养和服务质量是衡量高职院校图书馆水平的重要因素。文章通过对高职院校图书馆馆员意识现状分析,探讨馆员意识现状的深层问题,最后借鉴我国儒家思想提出了如何提高高职院校图书馆馆员服务意识,从而更好地为读者提供专业的、深层次的优质服务。

College libraries have played important role which is inreplaceable in the teaching arid scientific researeh. Occupational quality and service quality of librmy staffs are important factots to evaluate the level Of college libraries. The Paper analyzes the mentality of library staffs in Colleges and discusses deeply the status of the mentality of library Staffs. At last, it brings forward how to improve the service awareness of college library staffs to better provide professional and high-quality services for readers by referring to Confucianism
