摘要
本文通过分析多晶软磁材料在技术磁化过程中实现高磁导状态的条件,运用Bozorth理论研究了Ni-Fe-Mo-Cu合金的最大磁导率μ_(max)与Ni、Fe有效磁性原子比C_(Ni)/C_(Fe)之间的关系,结果表明,中Ni-Fe多元软磁合金的C_(Ni)/C_(Fe)在0.67附近时合金可以获得较高的最大磁导率μ_(max)。
The condition for polycrystal soft magnetic materials to obtain the high magnetic permeability in magnetizadon is analized. On the basis of bozorth theory, the relation between the maximum permeability (μmas) of Ni - Fe - Mo - Cu alloy and the ratio of effective magnetic atom Ni to Fe (CNi/OFe) is studied. The results show that the medium - Ni - Fe multicomponent soft magnetic alloy can obtain high μmax as the ratio of CNi/CFe is about 0.67.
