基于Windows CE的三轴自动加样系统的软件设计

摘要 针对传统工业加样控制系统存在的人机交互复杂,系统不开放等问题,设计了一套基于Windows CE的能实现操作方便、准确定位和加样的三轴自动加样系统。该系统主要由基于S3C2440的嵌入式控制液晶显示模块、机械定位模块、蠕动泵加样模块组成。该系统以VS2005为集成开发环境,利用定制Windows CE嵌入式系统导出的SDK,开发了一套应用程序。该应用程序的优点主要体现在利用液晶触摸实现人机交互,控制整个系统的工作,从而使人从繁琐的手工加样中解脱出来,大大提高了工作效率。该系统具有自动化程度高、性价比高、可移植性好、实时性强的优点,具有良好的工程应用价值。 In order to solve complex human-computer interaction and system is not open which existing in the traditional industrial control system, so design the three-axis automatic sampling system which based on Windows CE, enables easy operation and accurate positioning. The system is mainly consists of S3C2440-based embedded control liquid crystal display module, mechanical positioning module and peristaltic pump of sample module. The system using integrated development environment vs2005, through the SDK which derived from the custom Windows CE Embedded System, develop a set of appli cations program. The advantages of the application program is mainly use LCD touch to achieve human-computer interface to control the entire system, so this can free people from the tedious labor, greatly improving efficiency. The system has a high degree of automation, cost-effective and portable, real-time and other characteristics.
