摘要
通过桶栽试验,研究了不同含砂比例粘土土壤对烤烟生长及根系发育的影响。结果表明,粘土加砂各处理,在移栽30,45,60 d后,烟株农艺性状和地上部分干物质积累大于对照(粘土),移栽60 d后,单株叶面积、叶片干物质重,处理C(粘土+25%砂)表现最大。烤烟根系总数量、总长度、总干重在移栽30,45,60,75 d后,粘土加砂各处理大于对照,并在移栽45~75 d后,处理C根系干物质达到快速积累期,与烟叶干物质累积相对应。
A tub-culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of different proportions of sand in clay soil on root development and growth of flue-cured tobacco. The result indicated that the plant height, stem perimeter, leaf area per plant and gross dry weight of aboveground parts were obviously superior to clay after 30, 45, 60 d transplanting. The leaf area of individual plant and dry matters reached a maximum after 60d transplanting under the treatment C (25% of sand + clay). The total quantity, total length and gross dry weight of root of every treatment were higher than those of control after 30, 45, 60, 75 d transplanting, the dry matters riod rapidly, which corresponded to the accumulation of leaf of treatment C entered a accumulation peof dry between 45 d and 75 d after transplanlting
