矿用远程信号采集控制器的设计与实现

本文设计了集成了信号采集与远程传输为一体的矿用信号采集控制器,介绍了其工作原理及硬件和软件的实现。具体阐述了信号传输电路和AD转换电路。并将其应用于山西省晋城煤矿,采集现场数据进行分析可得出结论:该控制器保证了传输的低误差和非常小的信号衰减,达到了国家要求的各项指标,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

Designing the mining data acquisition controller which integrates signal acquisition and remote transmission module.Introducing its working principle and implementation of hardware and software.Addressing the signal transmission circuit and the AD conversion circuit.This controller has been applied to Shanxi Jincheng Coal Mine,from the filed data can be concluded：the controller ensures low transmission error and the very small signal attenuation.It reaches the national requirements of the various indicators and achieves good results in the practical application.
