Research on Artillery Equipment Effectiveness Evaluation Based on ANP

文章分析了影响炮兵装备效能的一系列非人为因素,应用现代综合评价理论,建立了评估体系的结构模型,进行了AHP分析。通过对评估体系中的层次结构、要素的相对重要程度的计算和评价,提出了基于ANP的进一步的理论拓展和模型改进,为炮兵装备效能的评估提供了较为科学的参考依据。

In this paper, it analyses a series of factors which we believe to affect the artillery effectiveness. And it builds up the structure model to our evaluating system. By using AHP method to perform the hierarchical analysis, and gets the results of system hierarchical level and decrees of importance of each factor in system. In addition, it promotes the widening and modification based on ANP. According to the conclusion, finally, it provides a scientific way for decision-making in artillery effectiveness evaluating system.
