摘要
利用150 MN水压机,使用580 t钢锭,采用两次镦粗三次拔长工艺,并将FM法作为钢锭压实的主要拔长方法成功试制了核电AP1000整锻低压转子,探伤结果未发现超标缺陷。
With 580 t ingot in 150 MN hydraulic press,adopting two times upsetting and three times FM drawing out technique,the nuclear AP1000 LP integral forged rotor has been produced successfully,and the examination results don't discover over-standard defects.
