摘要
利用OM、SEM等技术对新型多元合金化Cr5支承辊显微组织进行了观察和分析,并结合性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:经过450℃回火的试样硬度呈现出先升后降的趋势,大致分两个阶段,低温区随淬火温度上升而上升,高温区随淬火温度上升而下降。淬火温度为970℃左右时,可以获得均匀的组织和较高的硬度。多元合金化成分组织中,碳化物数量较多,碳化物细密,分布均匀,表面变形和剥落现象较少。
Use OM,SEM technology of new multi-element alloying Cr5 support rolls on the microstructure observation and analysis,and combined with performance.The test results show that: after 450 ℃ tempering sample first increased and then present the hardness down trend,divided into two stages,low temperature area with the quenching temperature to rise high,with the rise of quenching temperature drop.Quenching temperature of 970 ℃ or so,can obtain uniform organizations and higher hardness.Multi-element alloying elements in the organization,carbide amount is more,carbide close,even,surface deformation distribution and spalling phenomena is less.
