哈尔滨第三电厂4号机组凝结水泵的变频改造

摘要 针对电厂凝结水泵定速运行耗能大的状况,结合火电厂大型辅机对高压变频器的特殊要求,对哈三电厂4号机凝结水泵控制系统进行了变频改造,提出了变频后除氧器水位自动控制新策略。经实践验证,变频改造后的凝结水泵节能效果明显。 Aiming at the high energy consumption of condensate pump during constat-speed running,this paper expounds the variable frequency reformation of condensate pump control system for No.4 unit in Harbin No.3 Power Plant according to the special requirements of large-scale auxiliary to high voltage conversion and proposes new strategies for the automatic water regulation of deaerator after conversion.Practice proves the energy-saving effec of the reformed condensate pump.
