知识经济时代,知识作为一种可重复利用、可再生的资源,重要性日益凸显。虚拟企业是一种特殊形式的知识型企业,合作的基础就是开展知识共享活动。由于虚拟企业自身的特点,在知识共享过程中难免存在一些风险,现以此出发,探讨虚拟企业进行知识共享可能面临的风险,并针对风险提出相应的防范措施。

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge as a reusable and renewable resource,is becoming more and more important.The virtual enterprise is a special form of the knowledge-based enterprise,and knowledge sharing is the foundation for cooperation.Due to the characteristics of virtual enterprise,in the knowledge sharing there exist some risks.This paper starting from here,mainly discusses the risk of virtual enterprise knowledge sharing,and gives some corresponding preventive measures.
