PTA mother liquid recovery and utilization technology

主要介绍PTA母液回收利用技术的应用。结合乌鲁木齐石化PTA装置的工艺特点,提出以螺旋板换热器和过滤工艺包为核心,过滤出母液中的PTA和PT酸并回收利用。经过滤后的母液清液部分回收利用,这样既节省了生产PTA的原料,降低生产成本,又可减少排污量,提升装置的运行水平。

The application of PTA mother liquor recovery and utilization technology was mainly introduced.Combination with the process characteristics of the PTA plant in Urumqi Petrochemical Company,it takes the spiral plate heat exchanger and filtration technology packages as the core.The PTA and PT acid in mother liquor was filter out to recycle.After filtering,the mother liquor is partly recycled as cleaning components.By this application,the PTA production material is saved,the production cost and the pollutant quantilty is decreased,the plant operation level is promoted.
