醒脑静辅助治疗卒中相关性肺炎的疗效

Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Stroke-associated Pneumonia

目的观察醒脑静注射液辅助治疗卒中相关性肺炎(stroke-associated pneumonia,SAP)的疗效。方法将82例SAP患者按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=40)按病情给予脱水、利尿、降颅压,抗感染及神经营养剂等常规治疗;治疗组(n=42)在对照组治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液20 mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次.d-1。2组均10 d为1个疗程。对2组患者疗效及肺部感染(退热、咳嗽缓解时间)情况及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.1%,对照组总有效率为72.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的退热时间及咳嗽缓解时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。2组均未发现明显不良反应,未见二重感染。结论醒脑静注射液辅助治疗SAP安全有效,能提高抗菌药物治疗肺部感染的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the adjunctive therapeutic effect of xingnaojing injecta on stroke-associated pneumonia（SAP）.Methods A total of 82 patients with SAP were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=40）was given regular treatment which included dehydration and diuresis to lower intracranial pressure,anti-infection,and neurotrophy.Besides regular treatment,the xingnaojing group（n=42）received intravenous drip of 20 mL xingnaojing injecta mixed with 250 mL physiological saline once a day.The course of treatment was 10 days.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary infection and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate in xingnaojing group（88.1%） was significantly higher than that in control group（72.5%）（P0.05）.Compared with the control,xingnaojing injecta obviously shortened the time of pyretolysis and cough relief（P0.05）.There were no adverse reactions and double-infection in all patients.Conclusion Xingnaojing injecta is safe and effective for the treatment of SAP and can improve the therapeutic effect of antibacterial drug on pulmonary infection.
