从系统的角度出发,充分考虑运输和库存成本的效益背反关系,运用系统集成优化的思想去解决降低二者总的运作成本,以期为企业提供一个解决两大成本最优化的方案。
The paper takes full consideration of the tradeoff effect between the cost of transportation and inventory and, from a systematic perspective, uses the principles of system integration and optimization to find a solution for a minimum combined cost of the two.
