Analysis of Hospital Operation Room Process Management Based on FTA and Pro-model

从定性和定量两方面分析了目标医院现有手术室的流程。首先,通过现场调研获得医院手术流程数据,并采用Minitab进行处理;其次,利用故障树分析法(Fault Tree Analysis,FTA),在定性方面分析现有流程的问题;最后,对现有流程进行Pro-model仿真建模,得到流程各节点运行效果,又从定量方面得到了流程的相关优化指标。

The paper investigates the processes of the operation room of a target hospital using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. First, it collects, through field survey, data of the operation room process of the hospital which is then treated using Minitab program, then, fault tree analysis （FTA） is emp｜oyed to analyze qualitatlvely the problems in the process and finally Pro-model is used to simulate the mode｜ to evaluate the performance of the various linking points of the process chain, obtaining quantitative indicators which could be used in process optimization.
