摘要
文章论述了八钢1号高炉在炉役后期,炉缸、炉底温度明显上行的情况下,采用钒钛烧结矿进行护炉的冶炼生产实践,有效地保障了高炉安全生产的需求,并最终使高炉达到19年的长寿炉龄。
This article discusses the post campaign of No.1 BF in Bayi steel,hearth and hearth bottom temperature was the case of the uplink,the use of v-Ti sinter production for the furnace protection practices.It is effectively protect for the safety of No.1 BF production requirements,and ultimately to reach 19 years of age in longevity.
