摘要
凭借其悠久的航海历史以及独特的地理优势,福建在明代进入其造船航海大发展时期。福建作为中琉之间唯一被认可的官方往来通交口岸,在中琉间册封、朝贡等形式的外交特权的发挥中,起到极其重要的作用。明朝对琉球赐舟、责令琉球使臣在闽修舟、造舟以及赐闽舟工等行为,对琉球的造船航海业起到极大推动作用。同时,福建的造船航海技术也为琉球造船业的发展提供了重要的参考和借鉴,两国之间交流往来的进一步加强也得到了有力的技术支持。
Rely on its centuries-old navigation history and unique geographic advantage,the shipbuilding and navigation in- dustry in Fujian province prospered in Ming Dynasty.As the only officially authorized association port between China and Loo- choo,Fujian played an vital role in the exercise of diplomatic privileges between the two countries,such as title conferring and trib- ute paying.The Ming government bestowed boats to Loochoo and restricted Loochoo diplomatic envoys to build and repair boats in Fujian.It also assigned boat workers to Fujian.All these activities gave an enormous impetus to the shipbuilding and navigation industry of Looehoo.At the same time,the technologies of Fujian shipbuilding and navigation provided important references to the development of Looehoo's shipbuilding industry.The strengthening of bilateral communication was thus greatly supported technically.
