浅论医学高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设

On the Construction of "Double-quality" Teaching Staff in Medical Higher Vocational Colleges

医学高职院校"双师型"教师,是教师与临床工作者在理论和实践结合的基础上的有机融合,是医学高职教育的重要环节,但在队伍建设上仍存在诸多问题,应从调整教师队伍结构、加强制度建设等方面入手,加强医学高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设。

＂Double-quality＂ teaching staff in medical higher vocational colleges is the organic combination of teachers and clinical workers on the basis of theory and practice,which is the important section in medical higher vocational education.However,there exist many problems in the teaching staff＇s construction.It should begin from adjusting the structure of teaching staff,and strengthening system construction to reinforce the construction of ＂double-quality＂ teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
