摘要
通过对马克思劳动力产权理论的阐述，论证了国有企业改革过程中建立劳动力产权制度的必要性，并提出建立劳动力产权制度的初步设想．
This paper proves the necessity of labor force property right system in the reformation of state?owned snerprise through elaboration of Marx's theory of labor force property right.This paper gives preliminary conception of the establishment of labor force property rifgt system.
