摘要
目的:探讨山奈酚-锰配合物的最佳反应条件。方法:采用正交实验对山奈酚与氯化锰的配比、反应液pH值、反应温度、反应时间等合成条件进行研究。结果:反应时间对产率的影响显著,物质的量比次之,pH值影响最小。结论:最佳合成条件为山奈酚与氯化锰的配比为1∶2,pH值为6,反应温度25℃,反应时间3 h。
Objective:To explore optimum reaction conditions of kaempferol-manganese complex. Methods:Ratio of kaempferol and manganese,pH value,reaction temperature and reaction time were researched through orthogonal experi- ment. Result: Reaction time had most significant effect on yield,ratio of kaempferol and manganese had less effect on yield, pH value had lest effect on yield. Conclusion : Optimum reaction conditions of kaempferol-manganese complex were as follows:ratio of kaempferol and manganese was l:2,pH was 6,reaction temperature was 25 ℃ and reaction time was 3 h.
