苯丙氨酸与对苯醌荷移反应的研究

摘要 目的:采用分光光度法研究苯丙氨酸与对苯醌的荷移反应。方法:将苯丙氨酸与对苯醌在pH=8.5的三酸缓冲溶液中,90℃水浴加热30min的条件下发生反应,并对生成物进行分光光度法研究。结果:荷移络合物的hmax=339nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.4×10^3L/(moL·cm),在20μg/mL~60μg/mL的范围内符合比尔定律,回收率在99.7%~103.0%范围内,相对标准偏差在2.57%以内。结论:应用此方法测定苯丙氨酸样品含量与使用药典法测量结果一致。 Objective:Charge transfer reaction between phenylalanine and benzoquinone was studied by spectrophotometry.Methods:Phenylalanine was reacted with benzoquinone in buffer solution(pH 8.5)at 90 ℃ water bath for 30 min,and complex was studied by spectrophotometry.Results:Apparent molar absorptivity was 2.4×103 L/(moL·cm)at 339 nm.Beer′s Law was obeyed in the range of 20 μg/mL-60 μg/mL,the recovery was 99.7%~103.0% and relative standard deviation was less than 2.57%.Conclusion:Experimental results are in good agreement with those obtained by official method.
