针刺配合穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined With Catgut-embedding Therapy on Patients With Dysmenorrhea

目的:观察针刺配合穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:48例痛经病例除了针刺关元、归来、三阴交、地机、足三里、太冲穴位外,配合次髎,十七椎的穴位埋线,观察患者治疗前后疼痛程度的变化以及治疗前后患者黄体中期雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平的变化。结果4:8例病例治疗后,疼痛程度显著降低,雌二醇(E2)水平明显下降、孕酮(P)含量明显上升,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe clinical effect of acupuncture combined with catgut-embedding therapy on patients with dysmenorrhea. Methods ：48 cases with dysmenorrhea were acupunctured at points Guanyun, Guilai, Sanyinjiao, Diji,Zu- sanli,Taichong,while catgut-embedding therapy was applied at points Ciliao,Shiqizhui. Painful intensity of patients was recorded and levels of estradiol,progesterone in patients＇ midluteal phase were detected before and after treatment. Re- sults：After treatment, painful intensity was decreased obviously, estradiol level was decreased evidently, progesterone con- tent was increased obviously （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture combined with catgut-embedding therapy has good clinical effect on patients with dysmenorrhea.
