摘要
本文根据汽车侧翻时,其高侧一端车轮支承平面法向力(下称高侧法向力)为零这一原理,提出了不用车轮负荷计,不通过观察高侧端车轮刚脱离试验平台台面,而直接利用装置上质量传感器的读数和相关的几何参数来测量汽车最大侧翻稳定角的方法。经试验验证,该方法稳定可靠,试验安全,不仅能测出汽车的最大侧翻稳定角,同时可以测出高侧法向力与侧翻角的关系曲线。
When the automobile is rolling, which normal force of high side on supporting wheel plane (call it a high side normal force in the paper) is zero. Based on this theory, introduction of device mass sensor reading and relative geometry parameters into method of maximum roll stability angle measures of automobile directly. And the wheel loader are not used. Also to review the high side wheel off the table face is not need. The test checking indicate that, this is a stable and reliable method. it is not only to measure the maximum roll stability angle also to measure the relative curve of high side normal force with roll angle. 关键词:汽车试验 侧倾试验装置 侧倾稳定性测量
