中国石化“走出去”战略实施中的法律风险防范

Prevention of Law Risk in Implementation of "Go abroad" Strategy for SINOPEC

随着"走出去"战略的实施,中国石化对外经济活动越来越频繁,面临的法律风险也越来越多,有些甚至演化成为法律诉讼或仲裁。正确认识对外贸易、投资、服务、知识产权、境外用工诸方面涉及的法律风险及法律纠纷成因,加强对"走出去"战略实施过程中特点和规律的研究分析,坚持事前防范和过程控制为主、事后救济为辅,制订科学有效的法律纠纷防范措施和处理方案,构建完善的法律风险管理体系,是当前企业法律工作的重点。

With implementation of ＂go abroad＂ strategy, there are more and more foreign economical activities in SINOPEC, facing more and more law risk, some of them even developed into lawsuit or arbitration. Correctly to understand law risks and reason of law conflict involved in international trade, invest, service, knowledge property right, employee ＇abroad, to strengthen to study characteristics and rules in implementation of ＂go abroad＂ strategy, to persist prevention beforehand process control better than save afterwards, to work out scientific effective prevention measures and deal project for law conflict and build up perfect law risk management system are the important points of law work in enterprise.
