摘要
高校发展风险探源是研究高校发展风险识别、评价和预警的重要前提,文章首先界定了高校发展风险源的概念及特征,认为高校发展风险主要产生于内部风险源和外部环境风险源两方面,并分别进行了研究。
For the high-education development risk＇s identification,assessment and pre-warning,the reseach for the cause of its risk is an important premise.This paper defined the definition and characters,cognized the inside and outside environmental cause of the development risk,and studied them respectively.
