摘要
本文采用安全研究与经济对策相结合的方法,依据工作性质和系统致因理论,提出了地质勘查作业"人导致事故"、"环境导致事故"和"设备导致事故"三类事故成因类型,分析了三类事故发生的概率特征,在此基础上有针对性地提出了地勘业安全投入的结构、重点和适度区间的建议,并阐述了由此形成的安全投入的效果表现形式。该研究可为主管部门制定地勘业的安全政策提供参考,也可为地勘单位加强安全防护措施提供依据。
Studying the accident-inducing factors and the accident characteristics of geological exploration can not only provide the reference for management departments in safety policy-making,but also offer the basis for geological exploration units in strengthening safety protection measures.By combining safety research with economic countermeasures,this paper proposes three types of accident cause: accidents caused by people,accidents caused by environment and accidents caused by equipment.It also analyzes the probability characteristics of these accidents,puts forward the corresponding suggestions of safety input for geological exploration units and demonstrates the effects of the input.
