脑梗死单病种质量管理研究进展

The Research Progress for Single Disease Quality Management of Cerebral Infarction

我国借鉴美国单病种管理模式和国际脑梗死诊疗规范,建立了具有中国特色的脑梗死单病种质量管理体系。经过近4年的实践,脑梗死单病种质量管理进入了持续改进阶段,同时也面临着疾病负担过重、评分方法不统一、管理体系不成熟、溶栓应用不足等问题,需要进一步在实践中研究解决。

Guidance and support by Medical Administration Ministry of Health, the characteristic single disease quality management for cerebral infarction was established through learning from single disease management pattern of American hospitals and international guideline on medication for cerebral infarction. After four years of practice, the single disease quality management for cerebral infarction has come into continuing improvement phrase, and also encounters problems of heaven disease burden, diversity of score methods, immature management system, insufficient application of thrombus dissolution, etc. , which needed to be solved in further studies.
