急诊病历是医院急救能力的综合体现。从制定书写规范、完善质量评价标准、加强规范书写培训、组织评价并及时反馈及有针对性地持续改进等5方面,就强化急诊病历质量管理的措施进行了总结,规范了急救流程,确保了医疗质量与安全。
Emergency medical records reflect the first - aid ability of hospital. The paper summarized measures of strengthening quality management of emergency medical records, standardized first - aid process and ensure the medical quality and safety from five aspects, which included establishment of criterion on writing emergency medical records, improvement of quality assess- ment standard, strengthening training medical records writing ,evaluation and in - time feedback of emergency medical records, and continuing improvement.
