摘要
目的探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"试行效果。方法选取2009年11月～2010年4月(优质护理实施前)及2010年5～11月(优质护理实施后)2个时间段,于每月25日采用调查表调查住院病人对护士工作满意度,并统计质量控制小组对病区护理质量的月考核结果。所有数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件包进行分析,同时进行X2、t检验。结果 "优质护理服务示范工程"开展后,患者对护士工作满意度、病区护理质量均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 "优质护理服务示范工程"的开展,可提高患者满意度,提升护理质量,最终达到"患者满意、社会满意、政府满意"的目的。
Objective To discuss the effect of Demonstration Projects of Quality Nursing Servings. Method According to Demonstration Projects of Quality Nursing Servings, we improved the nursing team arrangement model, attached great importance to the important link of nursing quality management and simplified nursing records. Result After the practice of Demonstration Projects of Quality Nursing Servings, the nursing quality and patient satisfaction were improved significantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The Demonstration Projects of Quality Nursing Servings could promote the patient satisfaction, improve the nursing quality and standardize nursing behaviors.
