构建临床输血管理长效机制

Construction of Long-term Mechanism on Clinical Blood Transfusion Management

结合临床输血管理工作实践,从机构设置、准入制度、区域性计划供血和信息共享及持续性改进等方面,就构建临床输血管理长效机制进行了总结。并提出了4点建议:(1)落实临床输血管理绩效考核;(2)对用血医院进行分级管理;(3)建立医师输血资质准入制度;(4)把临床输血纳入风险管理。

Combined with practice of clinical transfusion management, the paper summarized long - term mechanism of clinical blood transfusion management from aspects including institutional settings, access System, regional planning, information sharing and continuous blood supply improvement. Four proposals were put forward： first, the implementation of performance ap- praisal of clinical blood transfusion management; second,the hospital management at different levels of blood; third, the establishment of blood transfusion qualified physician system; and fourth, including clinical blood transfusion management into hospital risk management.
